The program
Reynoso Energy Group (operated by Reynoso Holdings LLC) pays referral partners when a homeowner they refer buys a solar system from us and the project funds. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.
Referrals
Only refer people who have agreed to be called and texted by Reynoso Energy Group about solar. Do not send unsolicited messages in our name, do not make promises about pricing or savings on our behalf, and do not refer yourself or invent referrals. Credit goes to the first partner who submits a homeowner; a homeowner already in our system is not a new referral.
Commissions
Rates, tiers and payout timing are shown in the portal and can change for future deals; a change never lowers a commission already approved or paid. A commission is earned when the deal funds. If a funded deal cancels within 30 days, the commission for it is reversed and taken out of a later payout. Before we pay you, we need a payout method and a completed W-9; we report payments on Form 1099-NEC as the law requires. You are an independent referral partner, not an employee or agent, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

Reynoso Energy Group partner texts: account and referral updates and one-time sign-in codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or call (805) 823-3224. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Ending the program
You can stop at any time. We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms, and we can change or end the program with notice in the portal. Commissions earned before an account closes are still paid unless the account was closed for fraud.
The rest
The portal is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the commissions owed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of California. Questions: (805) 823-3224.
