Who we are
Reynoso Energy Group is operated by Reynoso Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers our partner portal, where referral partners sign up and send us homeowners interested in solar, and the forms homeowners use to ask us to contact them.
What we collect
From partners: name, mobile number, email if given, trade and company, payout details you choose to give (a mailing address for checks), tax forms when a payout requires them, and a record of the referrals you send. From homeowners: name, phone, email if given, address, the best time to reach you, and any note you or your referring partner wrote. We also keep basic technical logs (device, browser, pages visited) to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
To run the referral program: contact homeowners about solar, keep partners updated on their referrals, calculate and pay commissions, send sign-in codes, and meet tax and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your account, your referrals or your solar project, and one-time sign-in codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the program for us, under contracts that limit their use of it: our CRM and texting provider, our database and hosting providers, and our email provider. We share referral status with the partner who sent the referral (first name, stage and payout, never your contact details beyond what they gave us). We disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active or the referral is open, and afterwards as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require.
Your choices
You can update your profile in Settings, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by calling or texting (805) 823-3224. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor them for everyone.
